A minimum of 5 nights stay in low season A minimum of 7 nights stay in high season A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season Check-in/check-out time: Check-in time: 14:00 Check-out time: 12:00 Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability Villa booking procedures: • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival. • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred. Cancellation Policy: 1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings. 2). All deposits and rental payments are non refundable. 3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited. 4). Balance Payments is non-refundable. F&B Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account. Insurance We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies. Responsibility Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Puri Tupai Villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment. |
