High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season period: January 9 - July 14 (Excl. Easter), September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week

Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.

Check-in time: 14:00

Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Terms of Payment
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 5 days of receiving our proforma invoice with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date.
• For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
• All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred.
. The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit/payment is received by the villa.
Cancellation Policy
• For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$300 administrative fee.
• For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
• Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
• In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.
F&B
Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
