Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- daily breakfast
- Wi-Fi internet connection
- free shuttle car only to Ubud area
- fully staffs : cook, maids and house manager.

Seasonal periods:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30 inclusive (excluding Easter and Chinese New Year Week), September 16 – December 19 inclusive
High Season: July 1 – July 31 inclusive, September 1 – 15 Inclusive Easter Week and Chinese New Year Week
Peak Season: August 1 – August 31 inclusive, December 20 – January 8

Minimum stay requirements:
Low season : 5 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights.

Villa standart check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00;
- Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- The payments should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.

Cancellation policy
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 300.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- The cancellation should be received on writing
- Final payments are non-refundable.
