Note:
Pita Maha Term and conditions:
- Rates are net (inclusive of 21% tax and service charge) and based on sgl or dbl occupancy
- a 50% down payment is required to ensure serve the villa and to secure the reservation.
- A full payment is required by 7 days prior to arrival date
- One night cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival date
- In the even of No-Show, a one night room value will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.
