Check-In & Check-out time:
Check-In : 14.00 PM
Check-Out : 12.00 PM
- Late check out until 18.00PM will be charge half from one night rate and if it is later then 18:00PM will be charge full one night villa rate
- Late check-out is subject the villa update availability.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season : 5 Nights
High Season : 7 Nights
Peak Season : 7 Nights

Rate above is inclusive of:
- one time return transfer from Airport to Villa
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- daily in-villa Continental breakfast
- fresh flowers arrangement
- daily house keeping.

Seasonal:
Low Season: January 11 - June 31, October 1 - December 19
High Season: July 15 to 31, September 1 to 15 ( Chinese New Year or Easter Week).
Peak Season: August 1 to 31, December 18 to January 10

Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.
