One & two bedroom occupancy is available in low season subject to availability
All rates above are inclusive:
- one time return transfer in/out from airport to Villa
- 8 pax daily american breakfast for 4 bedrooms villa
- 6 pax daily continental breakfast for 3 bedrooms villa
- cold towel, welcome drinks upon arrival
- 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax
- fully staffed with housemaids and 24hr security guards
Minimum of stay on high/peak season - 7 nights, minimum stay of 5 nights on normal season.

3 bedrooms - 6 adults
4 bedrooms - 8 adults
All rooms has king size beds, extra bed can be provided in rooms at US$ 25 nett/bed/night.
Payment Policy
To serve the villa a 50% deposit is required due to secure the booking. The balance of payment be able to settle upon chek-in at the villa.
Chek-in time is 14:00 and chek-out at 12:00.
Day use of the villa up until 6pm will be charge at 50% of room rate.
