Seasonal Periods: Low : January 09 to June 30 (including Easter week and Chinese New Year week), September 16 to December 19. High : July 01 to July 31 and September 01 to September 15. Peak : August 01 to August 31, December 20 to January 08. Minimum Stay : Low Season : 3 Nights High Season : 5 Nights Peak Season : 7 Nights Term and Booking condition: - A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the clients. - All payment must be made in US Dollars. - The reservation to be confirmed when the full payment is received by the villa Management. - If a deposit is not received by the due date, the booking will be not materialized - Final payment is required at 30 days prior to arrival date for low season booking, and 60 days prior arrival for Christmas/New Year bookings or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 61 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings). - In the event of bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (5) working days, or on arrival if less than five (5) working days, whichever comes first. - For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) then full payment upon arrival in cash is required. Cancellation Policy : * Cancellation made within 21 days of arrival in Low Season, Shall result in the forfeiture of cost of 1 night’s accommodation. * Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival during in High Season and Peak Season, shall result in the forfeiture of cost of 1 night’s accommodation. * NO SHOW without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee. * All cancellation notice and request for refunds shall be made in writing via fax or email. No phone cancellations will be entertained. * In case of cancellation received within 7 days prior arrival, payment received is NON REFUNDABLE * In case of early check out, 50% charge of the remaining nights will be applied. * CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR POLICY - Bookings for staying period from 27 December until 03 January a minimum stay of 5 nights is required and No Check-In or Check-Out accepted on 29, 30, 31 December and 1 January. - There will be no compulsory dinner over Christmas and New Year’s period. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time shall be after 14.00 and check-out time shall be 11.00 Requests by clients for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the properties, and only up to 3 p.m. Should the guest check-out between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., rental sums of half day rental (50% villa rate) shall be charged to the client. Where a client checks out after 6 p.m., the client shall be charged are full days rental ( 100% villa rate). KISS BALI reserves the right to remove guests from its properties should the properties be occupied by other guests the following day. |
