* Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
* Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Minimum Stays :
Low Season : 2-NIGHTS dates: January 09 - July 14
(excluding Easter period), September 16 - December 19
High Season : 5-NIGHTS dates: July 15 - July 31, September 01 - September 15, Easter Week 2007 (April 6 to 13)
Peak Season : 7-NIGHTS dates: August 01 - August 31 December 20 - January 08 (Christmas - New Year)
Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of :
* Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
* Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
* Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
* Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill, shopping fee and other optional extras are at guest's account.
Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
