* Daily breakfast either American or Indonesian which is cooked and served in villa for a maximum of 2 person per bedroom. The additional breakfast is USD 12 net per person ( adult ), USD 6 net per person (Children under 12 years of age). Complimentary for children under 07 years of age

Children :
* Children are welcome and there is no additional charge for a child under 12 years sharing a room with 2 adults whilst utilising the existing bedding
* The additional breakfast for children is available at charge
* Extra Bed is availbale and chargeable at USD 20 net per bed – not including breakfast and subject to availability.
Maximum Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom. Advance reservation is required for any additional need on extra bed, baby cot and baby chair (high chair).

Check in time: 14.00 (02.00 PM)
Check out time: 12.00 AM (12.00 noon)
Day use:
(Day use until 6 pm is based on the availability and chargeable at 50%from the agreed nightly rate).
Payment/Billing:
1. The villa requires fifty percent (50% Deposit) prepayment with the following details:

14 days prior to arrival in low seasons

21 days prior to arrival in high seasons
or may differ in some arrival dates and will be in print on the booking confirmation, unless other specific credit arrangement have been approved
2. Full prepayment should be received before arrival - at the latest
3. Prepayment for reservations made within the period mentioned above) is due immediately. If payment has not been received by guest's arrival, the guest will be held responsible for all charges
