* The Extra bed can be provided upon request with additional extra cost at US$ 30 net/night/1 extra bed include breakfast.

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season : Jan 08 - July 19, Sept 08 - Dec 14
High season : July 20 - Sept 07, Dec 15 - Jan 07.

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 Nights
High Season : 5 Nights
Peak Season : 10 Nights

Booking precedures:
- A deposit of 50% from the rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has ben sent.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 200.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
