Note:

Low Season: January 8 – July 19 and September 8 – December 19
High Season: July 20 – September 7 and December 20 – January 7

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Rates above are inclusive of:
• Daily Breakfast ( ABF/Indonesian)
• Welcome Drink and Cold Towels
• Late Check Out until 15.00 pm (subject to availability)
• Free Car & Driver for Kuta and Seminyak Area ( on request and subject to availability)
• Free use of bicycle ( on request and subject to availability)
• Fruit Basket upon arrival
• Birthday Cake (for birthday guest only)
• Honeymooner Cake (for honeymoon guest only)
• ‘THE AHIMSA' gift upon Check Out Airport Services

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.

Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
