Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• High Season - Made within 14 days prior guest arrival, levy to 1 night cancellation fee
• Normal Season - Made within 7 days prior guest arrival, levy to 1 night cancellation fee

PAYMENT
- We require 50 % of non refundable deposit before the arrival date
- Payment is required by cash basis during the guests in the house ( between check-in and check-out )

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
