Low Season: January 10 - july 14, september 16 to December 9
Minimum stay : 3 nights
High Season: July 1 - September 15, December 10 - December 19, easter week and Chinese New Year week. Minimum stay : 6 nights
Peak Season : August 01 - 31, Christmas & New year period ( December 20 - January 9)
Minimum stay : 10 nights.

Inclusion

Term and Condition
- All rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are converted into Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Reservations are accepted by bank transfer and/or cash.
- We requested 50% deposit to secure the reservation.
- The Cancellation fee is .... Subject to 30 days notification prior the check in date.
- Rates do not include gratuities to staff members.
- Rates do not include telephone, food and beverage, car rental or driver.
- Surcharge may apply for the holding of a weeding, junction, and party for more than 29 persons. Clients should be aware that these are private villas located in a residential area and as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 3 bedroom maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
