- Daily choice breakfast in villa (American and Japanese platter)
- Free unlimited WiFi internet in villa and lobby area
- Free shuttle service within Seminyak and Kuta area based on schedule
- One time round trip Airport transfer

General Terms & Conditions
- A 50% down payment is required due to secure the booking
- Down payment is non refundable
- The reservation to be confirmed when the down payment is received by the villa
- All rates are quoted in US$ and or in IDR based on villa exchange rate on date issued.
- And balance due payment is required prior arrival(30 days in low season, 45 days for high season and 61 days for peak season booking)
- For last minuts booking be able to settle of full payement upon check-in at the villa.

Cancellation Policy
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email prior to arrival at the villa.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival in regular/high season(91 days for Christmas/New Year
bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
notice above, and however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited or non-
refundable.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check in time at 14.00 (pm) and check out time at 12.00 (noon)
- A 50% from the applicable rate is applied for late check-out until 18:00
- Any extension stay exeeding 18:00 will consider of a full room charge at one night rental rate.

Seasonal periods::
- High season : July 15 - August 31
- Peak season : December 21 - January 05.
- Low season : rest of the months

Minimum rental period
Low Season : 3-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
