The rates above is inclusive of:
- Full daily breakfasts
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Use of the prestigious Canggu club facilities
- Flower arrangements
- Fully staff: maids, chef and house manager

Seasonal Periods
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year)
September 16th to December 19th
High Season: June 1st to September 15th
Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility

Booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for last minutes booking.
- in high season periods that the remaining due
balance should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa and 61 days prior arrival in Christmas & new Year booking.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit payment is received by the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.

Payment condition:
In accordance with Indonesian Bank regulations, payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
