High Season Surcharge
Low Season : January 9th to June 30, Oct 1st to Dec 19th (Excluding Easter)
High Season : July 15th to 31st, September 1st to 15th (Easter week, Chinese New Year)
Peak Season : August 1st to August 31st , December 20th to January 8th ( Christmas & New Year)

Minimum of stay requirements:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season : 7 nights

Rates qioted above are inclusive of the following benefits :
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks and cold towels served upon arrival.
- Fresh fruit and flower arrangements upon arrival.
- Daily villa breakfast.
- Internet Wi-Fi connection
- fully staff: chef, maids and house manager

Check-in & Check-Out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : 11:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. The villa maximum occupancy is 6 peoples. The maximums do not apply to children under the age of 12 years old.

Cancellation Policy:
- For bookings that are cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival are subject to for feature of 50% of the total room reservation value.
- For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, all payment will not be refundable.
- No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee from the total room reservation value
- All cancellations must be officially notified by email or fax to our reservation team.

If there's no confirmation in 1 week after the booking, Plawa Asri Villa will automatically released the booking.

Last minute booking (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment should be settle upon check-in at the villa.
