Note: The above rates are net & inclusive the following benefits: - One time return transfer in/out from Airport to the villa - Daily American Breakfast for 2 persons each room - Welcome drinks, fruits basket, and cold towels upon arrival - Drop off only, Kuta - Seminyak - Afternoon tea - Free internet access High and Peak Season Periods High season period : July 01st – September 15th Peak season period : December 20th – January 10th Cut off date: Low season period : 21 days Peak season period : 30 days Villa Capacity Maximum accommodation for 2 persons of each room Check in / out time Check – in time : after 13.00 Check – out time : before 12.00 Late check out would be based on the availability - Late check out until 15.00 without any charge - Late check out until 16.00 with 50 % additional charge room/night - A full one-night rate would be applied for check out after 16.00 Terms of payment - 50% guarantee deposit of the total room nights would be conducted (20 days for the low season period and 30 days before the guest check in, for peak season periods), if there are any cancellations after the cut off date the guarantee deposit would belong to Maya Loka Villas automatically. - The balance due is upon arrival by US Dollars cash / Credit card: Visa or Master card. Cancellation Policy If there are any cancellations, We have to receive them in writing Cancellation policy during low season period : - There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 21 days before the guest check in - 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 20 and 14 days prior arrival - 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 13 - 0 days prior arrival - No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value Cancellation policy during peak season period : - There would not be additional charge for cancellations within 31 days before the guest check in - 50% of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 31 – 20 days prior arrival - 100 % of the total room reservation would be charged for cancellation made within 19 - 0 days prior arrival - No show would be charged 100% of the total room reservation value Minimum Rental Period Low Season: 5-nights, High Season: 7-nights, Peak Season: 10-nights The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case. |
