Rates The rates above are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge The rates above are inclusive of: - One time round trip Airport transfer - daily choice of breakfast (Indonesia, continental, American)up to 8 persons - welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival - fully staff: maids, pool attendance, chef and house manager. Seasonal periods: Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19 High Season: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, 11 - 16 February (Chinese New Year), 02 - 08 April (Easter week) Peak Season: August 1 -31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year period) Minimum Rental Period Low Season: 5-nights, High Season: 7-nights, Peak Season: 10-nights Booking term and condition: - A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). - The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa - For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. Cancellation Policy: - Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 200.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). - In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited or non-refundable. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing. Check in/out time - Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. - Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to villa availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be charge for check out after 18:00. |
