Note:
1. Rates
- The rates above are subject of 15% to Government Tax & Service Charge.
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars per night per villa.

2. The rates above are included the following benefis:
- Complimentary welcome drinks and cold towel upon arrival.
- Daily American breakfast
- Unlimited Internet wireless connection
- Complimentary flowers arrangement during stay
- Complimentary fruits basket on arrival
- Complimentary daily afternoon tea or coffee
- Daily news paper
- One time round trip Airport transfer.

3. High & Peak Season Periods
Low season period: April 01st - July 14th, Sept 15th - Dec 20th, Jan 06th - March 31st
High season period: July 15th - Sept 14th, Chinese New Year & Easter Week
Peak season period: Dec 21st - January 05th

4. Terms of Payment
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days in Peak Season booking.

5. Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 61 days for Peak Season
bookings.
- Deposit will be refunded in full less 25% if the booking is
cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).
- In the event a reservation is cancelled exceed from the notice periods above and
however the deposit has been paid will non-refundable and full payment from the total
Transaction is obligate
- Final Payments are non-refundable

6. Minimum rental period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
