Note: Abobe rates in US$ unless otherwise stated and includes: - 21% to government tax and service charge - Daily full breakfast in Rush Bamboo Poolside Restaurant & Bar - Airport transfer in air-conditioned luxury vehicle - Complimentary daily newspaper - Complimentary botled mineral water/coffee & tea in your villa - Fresh fruit & flowers on arrival - Nightly turndown service - Free shuttle service within Seminyak and Kuta area (on schedule) - Complimentary use of wireless internet conection at villa - Complimentary use of laptops with WIFI internet access in Library, Lobby, Restaurant, Bar and Main pool area - Complimentary entrance to Hu'u bar Seasons: High season period: 1st of August - 31st of August Peak season period: 20th December - 10th January Minimum Rental Period Low Season: 5-nights, High Season: 7-nights, Peak Season: 10-nights The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case. Villa Capacity We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. Children Policy and Extra Person - Age0-6 years old, free day bed and free breakfast - Age between 6-12 years old, free day bed, breakfast is charged 50% charge from normal breakfast rate - Above 12 years old is charge US$ 50 net inclusive breakfast Check-in & Check-out - Check-in time is 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 hours - Early occupancy of rooms before the indicate time is on request basis - Late vacancy until 18.00 will be charged 50% and after 18.00 will be charged one night room rate - All inclusive packages are over at the check out time, everything consumed and facilities used after this time will be charged normally Cancellation & No Show - Cancellation received within 21 days of arrival shall be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night accommodation - Cancellation received within 7 days of arrival shall be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the package / total night accommodation price - In the event of a “no show” the full amount of the package / total night accommodation price shall be charged Payment - Payment shall be made in advance a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee the villa unless will be automatic release - Payment shall be made in full inclusive of applicable service charges and tax via telegraphic transfer to our nominated agent bank account without deduction for transfer fees or bank charges - Confirmation of transfer shall be sent via email or fax to our attention so we can track your payments and must state guest name, arrival date and booking reference if applicable Refund No refunds shall be made on payments received, in the event of cancellation after payment has been made we shall deduct applicable cancellation fee and credit the remainder against future bookings, a statement of account will be issued in confirmation |
