Note:
- All rates above are quoted in US Dollars
- Rates stated above are subject 10% to government tax and service charge.
- Extra bed is available with cost is at US$ 25 nett/night includes standard benefits.

The rates above are inclusive:
- both way from and to Airport transfer
- welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival
- daily breakfast
- 15% discount at Ku De Ta restaurant (excludes b'fast & special events)
- in room mineral water, coffee and tea facilities
- fresh seasonal fruits bowl
- flowers arrangement
- free access to fitness centre.

Seasonal rates:
Low season: 1 April - 30 June / 6 October - 19 December / 6 January - 31 March
High & peak season: 1 July - 30 Sept, 20 December - 5 January.

Minimum stay requirement
Low season : 3 nights
High & peak: 7 nights

Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check-in : 14:00
- Check-out: 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

Booking procedures:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservationhas been given.
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made at 14 days prior to arrival for low season booking, and 35 days prior to arrival for high & peak seasons or one night cancellation fee will be applied.

Damage
In the event of damage to villa property caused by the guest then the villa management requires full payment of the replacement value of the damaged item prior to check-out.
