Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons.

EXTRA BED:
We do not provide an extra bed, any reservation request for more than 2 adults we suggest you request villas or two lanai.

DINING & ENTERTAIMENT:
- WakaMaya Bar & Restaurant at 07:00 am – 22:00 pm
- Pool side bar at 07:00 am – 22:00 pm
- Room Service at 07:00 am – 22:00 pm
- Candle light at pool side dinner every Saturday (19:00 – 22:00), weather permitted.
- Lumbung dining garden every Tuesday with Balinese children Legong dance (19:00 – 22:00) weather permitted.
- Rindik performance every Tuesday and Saturday.

ACTIVITY & RECREATION:
To add your experience of Waka, we offer the below activities with reasonable charges beyond Sanur:
- Waka Land Cruises to mountain of Batu Karu.
- WakaLouka Cruises to Lembongan Island.
- Waka Tangga Trekking.
- Starlight dinner Cruises.
- Diving to Menjangan Island.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or no-show equivalent to 1 (one) night accommodation will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date.
