Villa standart check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00.
- Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.

Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa such as 30 days in regular season, 45 days in high season and 61 days for Christmas and New Year period.
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable
- Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 and if there any required late check-out then will subject of villa availability and the villa shall applied another additional extra charge on it.

Typically the cancellation charges are:
- if a Guest cancels more than 60 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total rental amount.
- if a Guest cancels between 30 - 60 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total rental amount.
- if a Guest cancels between 0 - 29 days prior to the beginning of the Rental Period, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total rental amount.
