- Maximum persons can stay in Villa is 14 persons with add 2 Extra beds.
- Extra bed can be provided upon request with additional extra charge
- In peak season period is required to book whole villa bedrooms either occupied 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Seasonal Periods:
Low Season : 06 Jan to 30 June, 01 Sept to 19 Dec
High Season : 01 July to 31 August
Peak Season : 20 Dec to 05 Jan.

Extra Bed:
US$ 40 / Extra Bed / Night (Include Break fast & Afternoon tea) for Adult.
US$ 25 / Extra Bed / Night (Include Break fast & Afternoon tea) for Child.
- Year 7‐12 are consider as CHILD
- Year 12 years old above is consider as ADULT.

Minimum stay required:
Low season : 3 nights
High Season : 5 nights
Peak Season :10 nights

Check-in / out requirement
- Check-in time after 2pm, and early check-in is subject the villa availability.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- Late check-out till 18:00 will be charge a half from one night villa rate and over then 18:00 hrs then will charge full at one night villa rate.

Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa ( 30 days in regular seaosn and 61 day in high & peak season).
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable
