CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Every effort will be made to have room available by 2.00 pm on day arrival.
Our Check -out time is 12.00pm, unless prior notice is negotiated

DAY USE
50 % charge of contracted rate for late check out – until 18.00 hours based on
availability.

VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy. Please ensure that you select the proper villa
type to accommodate. Extra beds are not allowed in villa for your
convenience.

CHILDREN POLICY
Maximum 2 children in one bedroom villa, one sleep at existing bed and one sleep at
extra bed is complimentary, age over 12 years old are considered as adults

THE VILLA BOOKING PROCEDURES:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining
balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
- Any cancellation within 21 (Twenty one) days (during low season) and 30 (Thirty) days
(during high season) subject to one night cancellation fee.
- No show arrival subject to 100 % cancellation fee from total night’s room reserved

HIGH SEASON POLICHIGH POLICY
All reservation can be confirmed with one night UN – REFUNDABLE deposit during
high season period from 15 July – 15 September and 20 December – 06 January, per
booking.
