Term & Condition :
- The above rate net/room/night inclusive 21 % Government tax & Service Charge.
- No Triple adult is allowed except with Extra Bed at USD $15.00(All) net/night inclusive breakfast, Children less than 12 years old free of charge sharing with their parents in existing bedding.
- Check In time is 13:00 and Check Out time is 12:00 Noon.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
