Sanur Residence Villa Bali

1. Rates
The above rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge

2. Low, High, & Peak season Season Periods:
Low season period: January 9th to 30th June, September 16th to December 19th.
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15 and April 14 - 21 (Chinese New Year & Easter Week).
Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

3. Booking term and condition:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
