Rates are inclusive of:

Children:
Up to two children receive complimentary accommodation in their parent’s suites using the day beds, however an additional charge for breakfast will be made, and if more than one vehicle is required for airport transfers the second car will be charged. Children’s menus, baby sitters and other specials are available including PS2’s, which can be arranged by our Resident Manager.

minimum stay required:
- LOW season: 3 nights
- HIGH season: 7 nights
- PEAK season: 10 nights
Occupancy
Rates quoted are for entire SHANTI RESIDENCES, with double occupancy per suite or ten (10) guests for entire suite. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole.
Term & Booking condition:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant
invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
Reservation Confirmation
Due to high demand Shanti Residences & Resorts is often booked in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our US $ bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on "first come, first served" basis.
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non re fundable unless agreed by the owner.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Shanti Residences & Resorts, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali . We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
