CHILDREN AND THIRD PERSON POLICY
- Third person under 10 years old sharing the existing bed with parents at complimentary on room
only. Additional breakfast at USD 12 net per day per person.
- Third person above 10 years old will apply extra person charge inclusive extra bed and breakfast

Check In/Out Policy:
1. Check in time: 14:00 hours
2. Check out time: 12:00 hours
3. Day Use until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% from one night rate, and above 18:00 hours will be considered as extended stay and will be charged at 100% of one night rate.

Booking term and conditions:
- A 50% deposit is required from the total rental outlay due to secure the booking
- The deposit must be in US$ and required to settle through telegraphic bank transfer is only by manual system.
- For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we should receipt full amount base on invoice notified and if any bank administration fees are to be applied into your account.
- Please state the villa name or your name whilst processing the TT transfer due to more our easily identify or allocated the funds which is definitely from your correct remittance.
- Payment must be received by the villa within 5 working days of invoice has been sent otherwise the booking shall not materialized.
- Reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa bank account.
- The remaining balance due is required to settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa

Cancellation Policy:
- The Cancellation within 61 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid Will 50 refundable, and should less USD 100 due to process of transferring fee and administration handling cost.
- The cancellation within 30 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will non refundable.
- The cancellation within 14 days prior arrival should be full payment from the total rental value has been agreed.
- All Bank chargers must be assure by the clients/Guests.
- The cancellation confirmation must be on writing.
