To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay. 2. We can hold inquiry for only 7 working days from the date you have booking finalized, as after 7 days we have not received your deposit, regret the booking will released automatically. 3. The payment can be made either by Bank telegraphic transfer in US$. 4. Villa check-in time is at 13:00 and check-out at 12:00 noon . However if the availability allows, we will try our best to accommodate your check-in/check-out as close to your flight schedule as possible. 5. A maximum number of Villa guest’s occupancy applies depending on the size of the Villa. 6. Payment by credit card debit authorization is also available by Visa and Master Card only, then will apply 3% has just Bank administration fee. 7. The balances of payment should be settle prior arrival at the Villa, once the balance payment has received will non-refundable. 8.The remaining balance is non refundable Cancellation Policy: 1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings. 2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). 3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited or non refundable 4.Final Payments is non-refundable. |
