Seasonal periods : - High/Peak season period: 1 July - 31 August and December 20 - January 10, Lebaran period & Chinese New Year. - Low season period : rest of the months Villa Capacity: We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 3 bedroom maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. Check-in/Check-out: - Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability. - If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management. The villa booking procedures: Booking term and condition: - A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking. - Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized. - The payment should be in US Dollars - The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings. - The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa. - For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. Cancellation Policy: - Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). - In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing. - Final payments are non-refundable. Minimum Stay required: Low season : 3 nights High season : 5 nights Peak season : 7 nights |
