Peak Season:August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 9 (X'mas - New Year) Minimum stay required: Low Season : 3 nights High Season : 7 nights Peak Season : 10 nights Currency : US$ Dollar - All rates included full breakfasts and return airport transfers. - Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations Villa condition: - The rates are quoted in US dollars per night per villa. - All payment must be made in US Dollars - Additional beds and roll-away beds can be arranged for additional charge of USD 35 net per person per night. - In accordance to private stay concept will convenience to book either 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms villa and absolutely comfort combine to be 5 bedrooms ideal to accommodate larger group with two private swimming pools. - During of Peak season periods is required to book entire villas bedrooms. Ordering foods at the villa The villa is provided wider selection of menu list, foods and beverages will charge base on Supermarket groceries at cost prices by mean there no surcharge applicable on top ( exclude Function/Event). An experienced chef will cook and prepare for every requested meals from breakfast, lunch and dinner, it's seem like your own private restaurant at home on holidays. Villa Capacity Policy: We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is up to 4 persons. The three bedrooms villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons and entire bedrooms is ideal and comfort to accommodate up to 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation. The villa standard check in/out time: - Check-in time : 14:00 - Check-out time : before 12:00 - In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00. Booking term and condition: - A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking. - Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized. - The payment should be in US Dollars - The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings. - The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa. - For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. Cancellation Policy: - Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). - In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing. - Final payments are non-refundable. Liability: Be aware that all clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa. |
