High and Peak Season Surcharge:
Low Season : January 11th - June 30th, September 16th - December 19th
High Season : July 1st - September 15th
Peak Season : December 20th - January 10th

Minimum Stay
- Low Season Minimum 2 Nights
- High Season Minimum 5 Nights (Free a bottle of White or Red Wine. Does not valid for Promotion Period).
- Peak Season Minimum 7 Nights (Free one time BBQ poolside Dinner for a max of 2 pax for 1 Bd Villa and a max of 6 pax for 3 bd and a max of 8 pax for 4 bd Villa. (Does not valid for Promotion Period).
- Exception to Minimum Stay policy must get prior approval before the reservation is being confirmed.

Check-in/Check-out Time :
- Normal Check-in time is at or after 2pm. Normal Check-out time is at or before 11am.
- Guests may check-in or -out at other times provided that there are no other bookings at the same time. Prior arrangement with Villa M management is necessary.

Our rates include:
* Prices above include Transfer to and from Airport, Breakfast for maximum of two guests per room per day, Welcome Flower, Drinks and Chill Towels, Fresh Fruits and Fresh Flower Arrangement upon guest arrival and Free Afternoon Coffee & Tea.
* Prices above do not include other charges such as those for Telephone, Laundry and Meals (other than breakfasts for maximum of two guests per room).
* Extra Bed is charged at USD 30.00 (net) per bed per night. One Extra Bed is
entitled to one extra breakfast.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Villa M will keep an un-deposited booking for 7 days (Holding Period) from the date when booking was received and acknowledged by Villa M.
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by Villa M within the 7 days Holding Period.
- Full payment of the total rental amount must be receive at least 10 days before check in date for low season and 20 days for high and peak season.
- For last minutes booking, full payment must be received within 7 days after
booking was received and acknowledged by Villa M.
- A deposit of 50 % are non refundable.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in good condition upon checkout.
- Villa M will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss or damages of personal belongings of staying guests or any members of the party during their stay at Villa M.
