* All above rates are subject to a 21% government tax and service charge.

* Extra bed is free ( Maximum 1 extra bed per room ).
* Maximum capacity for each bedroom is 3 adults.
* Extra person will be charged at US $25 ++ ( Include breakfast ).
* Children under 5 years old is free and 6 to 12 years is $12.50 ++ ( Include breakfast ).
* Free late check out until 18:00 ( Depends on availability ).

* Check in time is 14.00 noon

CHECK OUT
* Check out time is 15.00 noon, guarantee. Every effort will be made to accommodate request for late check-out until 18.00 at no extra charge.
* Half day charge to guarantee late check out after 18.00 pm, based on availability.

CANCELLATION
* Any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival date subject to 1 night cancellation fee
* No show arrival subject to 100% cancellation fee from total night’s room reserved
