Rates Inclusion - One time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa - Daily Continental breakfast - Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival - Flower arrangement - Fully staffed - Free Internet connection (wireless) Low Season: Jan 9 - Jul 14 and sept 16 - Dec 19 ( Excluding easter and Chinese New year period) High/Peak Season: December 20 - January 8, April 9 -15, July 15 - September 15. Check-in & Check-out time: Check-in time : 14:00 Check-out time : before 12:00 In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00. The Villa Booking Procedures: - To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation. - the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period. - but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa. Cancellation Policy: - Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing |
