Seasonal Periods:
Low seasons: January 11 - July 14, September 16 - December 19
High season: July 15 - September 15, December 20 - January 10

Minimum stay required:
Low season 5 nights
High Season 7 nights

Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to
ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa.

check-in & check-out time
- Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00
- If there any required late check-out then will subject of villa availability and the
villa shall applied another additional charge at 50% from one night rental rate.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
