Note: All rates above are included the following benefits: - One time return transfer from Airport to the villa. - Welcome chilled towel & refreshment upon arrival. - Welcome drinks and fruits basket upon arrival. - Full appliance kitchen facilities. - Villa attendant service in 2 shifts. - fully staff, chef, maids and house manager Seasonal Period: - Low Season: 9 January - 30 June (excuding Easter and Chinese New Year), 16 September - 19 December - High season: 1 - 31 July, 1 - 15 September, Easter week, Chinese New Year week - Peak Season: 1 - 31 August, 20 December - 8 January (Xmas & New Year Period) Damage and Loses The client's is responsible for leaving the property and its contents in good order and in a clean condition. The client is responsible to pay for any damages or losses incurred during your stay. The owner & the Agent reserve the right to repossess the villas if the client or any member of the client’s party causes excessive damage or nuisance or engages in unlawful activities. Villa Capacity The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Bali Villa Seminyak has four bedrooms ( 4BR ) that maximum occupancy is up to 8 persons, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements. Term and Condition - All rates are in United States of American Dollar. - All Rates are inclusive of applicable 21% government tax and service charge and daily American breakfast - Maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 adult. - 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation in order to secure the reservation. - The rest of payment to be paid by the latest upon guest arrival. - Full payment to be paid for last minutes booking by latest upon guest arrival Cancellation Policy - Incase of any cancellation, it should be made in writing. (by fax or e-mail) - The 50% deposit is refundable (minus Rp. 100,000 administration fee) if cancellation notice is made before 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date (60 days for high and peak season). - Cancellation made between 44 days up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, one night cancellation charge shall be applied. - Cancellation made less then 13 days prior to scheduled arrival date (29 days – 14 days for peak season booking), 50% of total villa rental will be forfeited. - 100% charge for same day cancellation or no show - One night villa rate will be charge for last minutes booking if event not show or cancellation - Once stay has commenced, no refund will be given for premature departure. Check in and Check out - Check in time is at 14.00 and check out time is at 12.00 - Early check in or late checks out as per request and depends on availability. - Late check our up to 18.00 shall be charged 50% from daily rate. - Late check out after 18.00 shall be charge as full day rate. Minimum Stay - Low Season: 5 nights - High Season: 7 nights - Peak Season: 10 nights Limitation of Liability By confirming a booking that you have to acknowledge and agree that the Owners and the villa agent are not liable to the client or any other guest of the property for injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense, or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the villa’s use by the client or guests. |
