Seasonal Period:
High season: July 15 – August 31
Peak season: December 22 – January 05
Minimum stay required:
- Low Season : 3 nights
- High Season : 5 nights
- Peak Season : 7 nights
Check-in & check-out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00 and Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
Day Use:
A 50% from the applicable rate is applied for late check out until 18:00. Any extension stay exceeding 18:00 will consider of a full roo charge.
Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to
ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at the villa (within 30 days for
Low season, 45 days in High Season and 61 days for Peak Season booking.
- And the remaining due balance is non-refundable
Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is cancelled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
