The quotation above is inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer (1 x transfer & 1 x transfer out)
- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival
- daily Continental breakfast up to 14 persons
- free Wi-Fi internet connection
- fully staff: cook and cleaning service
- daily car and driver for 8 hrs (7 seats and exclude petrol)

- groceries bill +10% purchased by staff

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : January 9th to June 30th (excluding Easter week and Chinese New Year week), September 16th to December 19th
High Season :July 1st to July 31st, September 1st to September 15th, Easter Week and Chinese New Year Week
Peak Season : August 1st to August 31st and December 20th to January 8th inclusive

Minimum stay required
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 7 nights

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 7 bedroom maximum occupancy is 14 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 shall applied additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

Villa Booking procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the reservation.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- Payment with Visa and Master card is accepted
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle prior arrival at least 30 days for low season booking and high/peak season within 45 days prior arrival to the villa.
- And the remaining due balance is non refundable

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$300.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable
