The rates above is inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- welcome tropical fruits
- daily continental breakfast
- Internet connection
- fully staff: cook, maids and house manager

Seasonal periods:
High Season: Chinese New Year Week, Easter Holiday Week, July 1st - 30th, 1st - 15 September
Peak Season: 1 August - 30 August, 20th December - 7th January

Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 6 bedroom maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

Booking term and condition:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- The amount must be received by the villa within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
- Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:
1. For the booking that are cancelled within 60 days or more before arrival, the deposit has been received will returned at 50% and less US$ 150 due to bank transfer and reservation handling fee.
2. For the booking that are cancelled less than 60 days before arrival, then the deposit will non-refundable.
3. Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing

Safety Warning
Please be aware that Villa Bidadari does not have pool or pond fences and upper levels do not have child-proof guard railings. Children are the full responsibility of those who bring them to Villa Bidadari, and younger children will require full-time supervision.
