For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. Seasonal: Low : 6 January - 31 July High : 1 to 31 August Peak : 20 December - 5 January Chek-in time : 14:00 Check-out time : 12:00 The villa booking procedures: - To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation. - the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period. - but for the Christmas and New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa Cancellation Policy: - Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing |
