The above rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge
LOW SEASON : January 9th to 30th June and September 16th to December 19th.
HIGH SEASON: Chinese New Year (2008) – 4th to 9th February 2008 inclusive ,
Easter Week (2008)- 21st to 27th March 2008 inclusive, July 1st to 31st inclusive and September 1st to September 15th inclusive.
PEAK SEASON: August 1st to 31st August inclusive, December 20th to 8th January inclusive.
Minimum stay requirement:
Low season : 2 nights
High season : 5 nights
Peak season : 10 nights
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
- Clients may check into a villa after 2pm.
- The mandatory check out time is 11am.
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, may extend the check-out time until 3pm.
- Late check-out prior to 6pm will incur a half-night rate;
- Late check-out past 6pm incurs a full night rate
Method of Payment
1. To secure the booking we require your written e-mail or fax as confirmation to reserve the Villa, and then we will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay.
2. The down payment should be made via telegraphic bank transfer quoted in $US or Rupiah
3. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit are received via bank transfer or in $ US cash
4. All of Bank administration cost to be bare by the clients/guests
5. The copy of bank transferred should send via fax
6. The balance to be consider settle upon arrival at the Villa (daily basis)
7. For reconfirm reservation the balance of total payment should be received to villa account in 30 days prior arrival (long rental basis)
Cancellation Policy
1. The cancellation within 60 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will be 50% refundable
2. The cancellation within 30 days prior arrival the down payment has been paid will not refundable
3. The cancellation within 14 days prior arrival should be full payment from the total rental value has been agreed
4. All Bank chargers must be bare by the clients/Guests
5. The cancellation confirmation must be on writing
