Note:
- All the above rates are quoted in US Dollars, inclusive of 21% to Government tax and service charge.
- Long term and last minutes rate is available upon request.

Rates above are inclusive of:
- Daily American breakfast for 2 persons per room
- Seasonal fresh fruits upon arrival
- Chilled towels and welcome drinks upon arrival
- One time round trip Airport transfer

Seasonal Periods:
Low season : January 6 - July 14, Sept 1 - Dec 14
High & Peak Season: July 15 - Aug 31, Dec 15 - Jan 05.

Minimum stay requirements:
- Low season : 3 nights
- High/Peak : 7 nights

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 5 bedroom maximum occupancy is 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 300.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
- In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
