Note:
- The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% to Goverment tax.
- Extra bed is provided by the villa with additional nominal fee at US$ 50 nett/night/one extra bed include daily breakfast.

Seasonal periods:
- Low Season: January 16 - June 30 and Sept 16 - December 01.
- High/Peak season: 01 July - 15 September & 02 December - 15 January.

Rates above are inclusive of:
- Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Daily American breakfast
- Fresh flower and fruits basket
- Mineral water
- Cook helper
- maids and cleaning services

Minimum stay requirement:
Low season : 3 nights
High season: 5 nights
Peak season: 7 nights

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Check-in & check-out time required:
- Check-in time at 14:00, and Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Canang Sari are maximum occupancy up to 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements.
