All above rates are inclusive of:
- One time round trip Airport transfer to Villa
- Daily Continental breakfast
- Free laundry (excluded dry cleaning)
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Free WiFi internet connection
- Fully staff: maids, chef and villa manager

Additional info:
- Longer stay rates are negotiable.
- Food & beverages, telephone and damage of the property caused from the clients are additional cost.

Seasonal Period:
Low Season: rest of the years
High Season:
- From 1 July to 15 September
- Chinese New Year week (3 days before and after),
- Easter week (one week before and after the Easter day)
Peak season:
- 20 Decemeber to 10 January ( Christmast & New Year)

Minimum stay required:
- Low season: 3 nights
- High season: 5 nights
- Peak season: 7 nights

Check-in and Check-out time:
Check-in time is 14:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-out until 16:00pm is subject to availability with additional charge at 50% from one night villa rates. Full night rate applies for check-out after 16:00PM.

Payment Terms:
• All enquiries can only be held for 7 working days without guarantee deposit before release.
• All reservation can only be confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit from the total rental rate.
• 50% balance due should be settled at the 30 days prior to arrival date for low seasons period and 60 days prior to arrival date for high seasons period.
• In case of last-minutes booking, payment should be made in full at the latest 7 days prior to guest arrival. Should the booing made within 7 days prior to arrival, full payment should be settled before the guest check-in.
• Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guest.
• Method of Payment: Cash USD or Bank Transfer, all bank transfer charges are the responsibility by the client.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit payment is non-refundable. We strongly recommended that all guests take out a comprehensive insurance to protect them for the full time of their visit against illness, death, lost of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
