For example: five bedroom maximum occupancy is 10 persons, the four bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 8 persons. The six bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. The villa booking procedure: - To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro form invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation. - the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period. - but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa Cancellation policy: - Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing |
