The rates above is inclusive of:
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- One time round trip Airport transfer.
- Daily car and driver (seven seats) from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (excluded petrol)
- Laundry
- welcome canapes
- Internet connection
- Flowers arrangement
- fully staff: chef, cleaning service and house manager.

Seasonal Periods:
High Season: 15th December to 15th January, Easter Week, Chinese New Year, 15th July to 15th September
Low Season: All other times of the year.
January 16th to July 14th, September 16th to December 14th

• Minimum rental period
Low Season: 3-nights, High Season: 7-nights, Peak Season: 14-nights
• Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.

Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. Villa Ombak Laut has 5 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy is up to 10 persons and ideal 2 person in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or hold a function at the villa then we must get informed in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.

Damage and Losses:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.

Villa Booking Term and Conditions:
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the villa
within five (5) working days after confirmation of reservation
has been given. Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival
(or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival),
full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
- Deposits will be refunded in full, less USD 300.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings).In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
