Seasons:
Low: January 9 - June 30 and September 16 to December 19
High: 1st July to 31st July, Easter week, 1st September to 15th September
Peak: 1st August to 31 August, 20th December to 8th January (Christmas and New Year period)

VILLA CAPACITY:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 2 bedroom maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 5 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

MINIMUM NIGHT'S STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The minimum stay requirement varies from a 1 to 3 consecutive night stay for the low season. The minimum stays for the high season often increase to 4 or more consecutive nights. Please note exceptions are delineated on our villa rate notices.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 150.00, if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing
