All rates above are subject 15.5% prevailing to government tax and service charge
Master bedroom is not including for booking 3 bedrooms villa.

The rates above is inclusive of:
- one time round trip Airport transfer
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- daily car ( 7 seats ) and driver per 10 hours a day excluding petrol
- daily full breakfast
- free access to Canggu Club
- fully staff: private chef, maids, cleaning service and house manager

Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%

Seasonal periods:
Low Season : Jan 11 to May 31 (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year) and Sept 16 to Dec 19
High Season : June 1 to Sept 15 Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season : Dec 20th to Jan 10

Currency : US$ Dollar
- All rates included full breakfasts and return airport transfers.
- Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations

The villa booking procedures:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation,
and then we will continue send you a pro forma invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit
from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival at 30 days in low season booking.
- for Christmas, New Year and high season periods that the remaining balance should be settle at 45 days prior arrival date.

Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 300.00, if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival
(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival
(or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa on writing.
