Seasonal Periods
Low Season: January 10 to June 30, excl Chinese New year and Easter and 15 September to 20 December.
High Season: Easter week, Chinese new year and July 01 – September 15.
Peak Season: August 01 – 31, and Dec 20 – Jan 08.

Minimum stay required:
Low season: 3 nights
High season: 7 nights
Peak season: 7 nights

Check-in & Check-out time requirements:
- Check in time: 14:00
- Check out time: 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

The villa booking term and condition:
- To ensure book the villa we required your written e-mail as a booking confirmation, and then we will continue send you a pro formal invoice and bank details for a 50% deposit from the total rental outlay due to secure the reservation.
- the balance of payment should be settle prior arrival or at least upon check-in at the villa for regular period.
- but for the Christmas, New Year and high season period that the remaining balance of payment should be settle 45 days prior arrival to the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
1). Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing either by
Fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season, 45 days prior to arrival for
High Season and 61 days for Peak Season bookings.
2). Deposit will be refunded in full less US$ 250.00 if the booking is canceled 61 days
or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3). In the event of reservation is canceled less then notice of seasonal period as
mentioned above, however the deposit has been paid will be forfeited.
4). Balance Payments is non-refundable.
