Note:
The above rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.
Rates do not include breakfast, telephone, food and beverages.
Rates do not include gratuities to staff members, which we recommend, at least, IDR 50.000 per week, per staff member.

Rates above are inclusive:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- welcome drinks, cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- car and driver ( 7 seats car & excluding petrol) 8 hours a day
- 50MB wireless internet per week of stay
- using villa house phone for only local call
- fully staff: maids, chef and villa Manager to supporting of butler services.

Seasonal period:
Low Season: Jan 09 - June 30, Sept 16 - Dec 17(excluding Easter and Chinese New Year)
High Season:July 1 - July 31, September 1 - September 15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year.
Peak Season:August 1 - August 31, Dec 15 - Jan 09.

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 5 nights
High Season: 7 nights
Peak Season: 10 nights

The Villa Booking Procedures:
- A 50% of down payment from total rental value is required due to ensure and secure the booking.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The reservation to be confirmed when the deposit is received by the villa.
- The remaining due balance should be settle 30 days prior arrival and at 61 days prior arrival in high/peak season booking.

Check-in & check-out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:
1.Notice of cancellation must be received by villa in writing by
fax or email at least 30 days prior to arrival for Low Season,
45 days prior to arrival for High Season and 60 days for Peak Season bookings.
2.Deposit will be refunded in full less US$500.00, if the booking is cancelled
61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
3.In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the
deposit will be forfeited or non refundable.
4. Final Payments are non-refundable

Villa capacity
- Please note that the capacity of OL is 10 adults (as couples). Additional beds and
roll-away beds can be arranged for additional charge of USD35 per person per night.
- Dining capacity is up to 15 persons*, 150% of the villa capacity and is for guests
staying at the property.
- The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy.
- Villa Ombak Luwung has 5 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy is up to 10 persons and ideally 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have
additional guests or usage a function venue at the villa then we must get informed
in advance otherwise the management will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
